The information collected is required to allow us to contact you to provide the service requested, and to invoice and recover monies owed. We will not share your data with anyone for marketing purposes. However there are occasions when it must be shared such as:
- When you have instructed us to pass survey information/plans/results to another party working on your behalf
- to protect, defend or exercise the rights and property of LDS (including enforcing our Terms and Conditions)
- Limited information may be provided to any sub-contractors which we may engage to fulfil the work. This is in order to allow them to provide the service requested
We do not sell or pass on information to any third parties for marketing purposes
How long will we keep your data?
We will retain personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law
How can you access the personal information we hold about you?
If you would like to see the data we hold about you, you can submit a subject access request by emailing [email protected] As long as your request is not manifestly unfounded or excessive, we will provide you with this information free of charge, within 30 days of receipt of your written request. However, we reserve the right to make an administration charge if providing this data requires we retrieve data from backups or storage facilities. We may request proof of identity before we release the data to you
