What mapping services do you provide?
We provide a wide range of professional mapping services for landowners, estate managers, property agents and legal teams.
This includes sales and brochure plans, land use plans, estate and asset management maps, ownership and occupation plans, public rights of way and Section 31(6) plans, lease and tenancy plans, conveyance plans and valuation plans. In short, anything that needs to be clearly represented and analysed geographically.
Our plans are commonly used for land and property sales, estate management, planning, legal documentation and event or route planning. We hold the necessary licences for Ordnance Survey data and can combine this with information collected on site where required.
How much does the mapping service cost?
Costs depend on the areas involved and the type of plan requested. We will let you know at the time of enquiry what the cost will be
What’s involved?
Most mapping can be completed as a purely office exercise. Occasionally, where a new boundary is involved, a site visit may be required. We will let you know if this is the case
What is your turnaround time?
We can provide you with an estimate of how long we will need once we have all the information and have understood your requirements. We are used to working to tight deadlines
